Seeing Mr. Allen Dicolik leave the battle arena, the referee walked over to the three of them and indicated that they could collect their rewards.
Ryosuke Onodera immediately sidled up to Xinhai and lowered his voice. "Come on, come on, let's get our prizes first! I can't wait to see my Evolution Stone."
"What are you in such a hurry for?" Xinhai glanced at him, a helpless smile tugging at his lips. "It's not going anywhere."
"I'm still in a hurry," Ryosuke Onodera said righteously, puffing out his chest.
Misaki Takahashi said nothing. She merely turned and headed toward the contestants' passageway, her pace as unhurried as ever.
Xinhai and Ryosuke Onodera followed behind her. The three passed through the contestants' passageway and arrived at a service counter situated along the side of the venue.
The service counter was a long table covered with a dark blue tablecloth. Several portable terminals and a stack of forms sat on top.
Two staff members in white uniforms sat behind the table. When they saw the three approach, they immediately rose to their feet with smiles on their faces.
"Would the three contestants like to collect your Evolution Stones or prize money first?"
Ryosuke Onodera stepped forward first, placed his third-place medal on the table, and grinned. "I'll go first. For my Evolution Stone, I want a Thunder Stone."
The staff member took the medal, operated the terminal a few times, pulled up a form, and handed it to Ryosuke Onodera. "Please fill out this form and sign it after confirming that the information is correct. We'll retrieve your Evolution Stone as soon as possible."
Ryosuke Onodera took the pen, rapidly filled out the form, signed his name, and handed it back.
