Ener built a crew and used his new authority to hunt pirates, recruit allies, and expose corruption across the East Blue. After confronting Morgan at Shells Town, Ener watched CP9 take Morgan away as an armed ship linked to Mihawk approached.

• Ener recovered his memories, took Ice Demon from Lice, and awakened systems that granted him new abilities and set him on a path to promotion.
• Ener joined Smoker’s campaign against the Krieg Pirates, defeated Gin and Pearl, and forced the pirates to release their hostages, earning Smoker’s praise despite his brutal methods.
• Ener became a Captain and East Blue Inspector, recruited Gin, and gave Lina the White Tiger Devil Fruit, then led his crew aboard the Saber.
• At Black Thorn Island, Ener and his crew defeated pirate captains alongside Zoro, whom Ener recruited by offering him training and a chance to face Mihawk.
• Ener received promotion to Major and East Blue Chief Inspector General, then exposed Kuro at Kaya’s manor and defeated him before recruiting Merry to run a trading business.
• Ener placed Daniel in charge of establishing an Inspector base and sailed to Shells Town with Kaya, Kuro, Zoro, and Gin to confront Morgan.
• Morgan tried to bribe Ener and then attacked him, but Gin defeated him, and CP9’s Nero took Morgan away after offering him membership, and Zoro renewed his vow to become the world’s greatest swordsman as an armed ship approached.

Ener ended Arlong’s rule, defeated Baroque Works agents, and gained new rank and powers while pursuing money and influence across the East Blue. After a test fight with Jinbe, he learned that Vivi and Igaram could offer him a stake in Alabasta’s crisis.

• Ener returned Morgan to the townspeople, exposed his crimes, and announced that Shells Town’s taxes would end as the 153rd Branch became the East Blue Inspector Headquarters.
• Burns told Ener that the East Blue owed three billion Beli, so Ener planned to lure pirates toward his ship and claim their treasure and bounties.
• Ener reached the Conomi Islands, welcomed Nami back as an intelligence agent, and led his crew against Arlong and Captain Nezire.
• Ener killed Arlong, captured Nezire, and appointed Nojiko to lead Inspector Division Two before returning to Loguetown.
• Ener defeated Baroque Works agents in Loguetown and Whiskey Peak, while Lina became a Master Swordsman and Zoro obtained Kashu.
• Sengoku promoted Ener to Commodore and Governor of the East Blue, promoted his crew, and Burns discussed securing Gin’s appointment and establishing a Four Seas Exchange.
