Led by Conis, Yake and his group toured Angel Island.
The town was now filled with joy, and the bars were packed. Of course, some people were worried. The former god, Gan Fall, had announced that a new god would soon arrive, but who knew what kind of person the new god would be?
What they did not know was that the new god and his priests had just passed right by them.
"Yake-sama, this place is so much fun! I really want to stay here forever, whew~" Anna played happily with a Breath Dial.
"Whatever you do, don't play with a Flame Dial, little Anna. It'll burn your fur!" Reiju reminded her. The lively and adorable Anna had clearly become the crew's beloved mascot.
"Just be careful, Anna. I'm hungry. Go make us a whole table of Skypiea dishes!" Yake said, rubbing his growling stomach. He had been getting hungry easily lately.
"Okay, Yake-sama, leave it to me! I'll make it super delicious, meow!" Anna agreed confidently. She might not be much help in a fight, but when it came to cooking, she beat everyone else on the ship.
After Yake and the others enjoyed a lavish dinner at Conis's home, they returned to the ship to rest. Tomorrow would unveil a new chapter for Skypiea.
Skypiea, Angel Island.
The streets were packed with people. Gan Fall had done his work well; practically every resident of Skypiea had learned that a new god was about to arrive.
"Look, Shandians!"
A group dressed completely differently from Angel Island's residents landed on Angel Island. Under normal circumstances, that might have meant war.
At their head was Shandia's chief, followed by Shandian warriors. All of them wore friendly smiles. Their ancestors' final wish had been fulfilled, and their only remaining desire was to return to Upper Yard.
Whether they were Skypiea's residents or Shandians, they all had the same destination: Angel Plaza.
Gan Fall looked at the dense crowd below the platform and let out a sigh of relief. After being a god for so long, he still had some prestige. Otherwise, this could have gone badly.
"Hello, everyone. I am Gan Fall, Skypiea's former god. The new god is about to arrive. Please remain quiet, and do not panic no matter what happens," Gan Fall announced loudly. The crowd quickly fell silent, their eyes filled with anticipation.
But soon, screams rose one after another, unceasing.
"Monster! That monster from yesterday!" "Aaaahhh!!"
"Silence! That is Skypiea's new god! Everyone, quiet down!"
Yake transformed into a dragon and soared through the sky. This was exactly the effect he wanted. His Azure Dragon form was enormous, vicious in appearance, and full of intimidation. His entrance made a perfect impression while also deterring those with ulterior motives.
"Cien Fleurs: Phantom Wings."
Robin manifested arms into wings and slowly descended while holding Anna. Perona could fly on her own, so there was no need to worry about her. Reiju's combat suit also had flight capabilities.
The four women landed steadily and stood evenly in a row, leaving an empty space in the middle. From left to right were Perona, Reiju, Robin, and Anna, along with Gan Fall in the corner, utterly lacking any presence.

Yake roared and shot straight into the sky. After reaching a high point, he dove toward the ground as though performing an aerial body slam, looking as if he would crash directly into Angel Island. Just before he hit the ground, the giant dragon vanished like a bubble. Yake landed on one knee in a superhero pose, lightning crackling around him as he radiated overwhelming presence.
Yake straightened up, perfectly positioned between Robin and Reiju. He had truly mastered fancy entrances.
Getting back to business, Yake swept his gaze across the crowd below and released the pressure of Conqueror's Haki, though without its stunning effect. Otherwise, there would be no point if everyone passed out.
In the eyes of Skypiea's residents, Yake now looked like a beast ready to devour people, emanating a terrifying aura.
"Th-that's the man who was wandering around town yesterday! I-I saw him!!"
"He's the new god? That's terrifying..."
Yake slowly walked to the front of the platform, and the residents instantly fell silent.
"I am Yake, Skypiea's new god."
"I know you still have many doubts, but they do not matter, because from this moment on, Skypiea is my territory, and all of you will become my subjects."
Yake's voice reached every ear like ringing metal. His voice was not loud, but through electromagnetic-wave simulation, every resident could hear him clearly.
"First, I hereby announce that Skypiea's war is over!"
As he spoke, Yake took out the enormous Golden Bell and controlled it to float in the air.
"It's the Golden Bell! There's no way I'm mistaken!" The Shandians stared fixedly at the Golden Bell in the sky.
"Skypiea will officially be renamed the Sky God Kingdom—I am the sole god of the Sky God Kingdom."
"Let me introduce these individuals. They are the priests of the Sky God Kingdom."
"Priest of Law: Robin."
"Priest of Punishment: Reiju."
"Priest of Ghosts: Perona."
"Priest of Harvest: Anna."
"Acting Representative: Gan Fall."
"I will govern the Sky God Kingdom alongside them. Next, let the Priest of Law, Robin, explain the laws of the Sky God Kingdom."
Yake had said a whole lot and finally paused to catch his breath. Governing a country was no easy task. Robin had stayed up all night drafting the laws, and she had only managed to establish the basic general provisions. Detailed regulations would still need to be added later.
There was no helping it. They were short on manpower right now, so the Ark Pirates could only fill the positions first. Talent was hard to come by.
As Robin explained the laws, Yake observed the residents' expressions. The results seemed pretty good. Although in this sea, strength was the only true standard, the laws Robin had drafted did not seem harsh to Yake. The more severe punishments mainly concerned private fighting and similar matters. There were still many loopholes, but Rome was not built in a day. The laws could be refined gradually.
After Robin finished, Reiju continued by explaining several policies Yake had established.
The main point concerned forming a national guard. Yake planned to select some powerful soldiers to form the nation's guard. Once Judge arrived, they could begin researching all kinds of high-tech weapons to arm the country, which would also make up for their current lack of top-tier combat power.
"Finally, I want to say that in the near future, I will open the Sky God Kingdom and establish routes of exchange with the Blue Sea. Prepare yourselves! I will have Acting Representative Gan Fall explain the specific details. You may all disperse now."
After spending nearly the entire morning on this, Yake was somewhat tired. He would rather fight for three days and three nights than do this kind of thing again. He would leave the troublesome matters to Gan Fall. The residents also needed time to adjust.
That afternoon, he still had to meet Shandia's chief to discuss Upper Yard. Sigh, ruling a country is really difficult. Once everything was on track, things would be better, Yake comforted himself.
