As You Wish: Subordinates' Showdown

Roya looked at Kizaru.

A smile hung on his lips.

Time seemed to freeze at that moment.

After an unknown amount of time, Roya finally smiled at Kizaru and said, "Sure, as you wish."

"Roya, think this through. This is a contest between subordinates!"

Sengoku still wanted to remind Roya.

In response, Roya merely said, "I never do anything without preparation!"

Hearing Roya's words, Kizaru's heart sank even further.

Just as he was about to begin the contest immediately, Roya looked at Kizaru and said, "Admiral Kizaru, since that's the case, there shouldn't be a problem with competing one month from now, right?"

That last sentence was directed at Sengoku.

Sengoku nodded. "One month is fine."

Kizaru opened his mouth, wanting to say something, but upon seeing Roya's gaze, he said, "Oh my, oh my~ Since Admiral White Dove says so, then see you in a month!"

With that, Kizaru's figure vanished from Sengoku's office.

Sengoku looked at Roya. "Are you sure there won't be a problem?"

"Let's treat it as training for them!"

"But aren't Ain and, at most, Kalifa the only people you can use? No, Kalifa has recently been training on a secret island, so she can't possibly withdraw from it. You only have one person available right now!"

Sengoku earnestly tried to persuade Roya.

"Rest assured, Fleet Admiral Sengoku. I never do anything without preparation."

After saying that, Roya also left Sengoku's office.

Seeing how confident Roya was, Sengoku did not know what else to say.
