Long Fei is a reincarnated reader who awakens in the Blue Lightning Tyrant Dragon Clan with knowledge of Douluo Continent’s future, including the Soul Hunting Operation that will devastate the clan. He initially treats that knowledge as an advantage for claiming future opportunities, but also recognizes that changing established events carries risks. 1

At his Martial Soul Awakening Ceremony, Long Fei manifests the Blue Lightning Tyrant Dragon Martial Soul with Level 9.5 Innate Soul Power. He subsequently reveals a second, unidentified spear Martial Soul in private, establishing him as a Twin Martial Soul wielder. 1

After two weeks of cultivation, he reaches Level 10 and prepares to obtain his first Soul Ring. Yu Yuanzhen gives him a storage ring left by his parents and reveals that Long Fei is the son of Long Aotian and Yu Kexin, two extraordinary Soul Douluo-level geniuses. 2

A spiritual message recorded by his parents provides Long Fei with the Dragon Transformation Art, the Singular Velvet Sky Chrysanthemum, and three sealed reserves of protective energy.
