Odys, the Hermit, thought back. I didn't reveal anything about the Argo at last week's gathering. How did she guess it was me?
He smiled and asked, "What made you think it was me?"
"Because you went to sea at almost exactly the same time people spotted the Argo," Audrey, the Justice, answered earnestly. "And that Red Lion Taylor was a vicious pirate.
"I thought someone with your strong sense of justice would surely make a pirate like that a target.
"And another thing: the name Argo seems to be in the same style as Lelouch. They're both unfamiliar names, but they sound as though they carry some special meaning."
Behind the Gray Fog, Klein, the Fool, shifted slightly in his seat. He had been wondering how to test whether the Hermit was a transmigrator.
Now his chance had come. He would see how Odys explained the name Argo.
"I'm afraid I'll disappoint you." Odys smiled. "I'm not as righteous as you imagine. I destroyed the Red Lion pirates to avenge the ship's first mate.

Odys knew Klein must be listening closely.
But he had considered this question before. For now, he could reveal that the Hermit was Mr. Gal, and that Mr. Gal was Odys.
It was best not to reveal that he was a transmigrator yet. That might prompt Klein to watch and investigate him.
If possible, Odys intended to wait until he became a Demi-God, or even an Angel, before revealing it.
By then, he would badly need a comrade he could trust completely. Until then, the need was not so great.
