Derrick nodded. "Yes. We'll spend a long time establishing a camp, then work in combined groups to clear out the remaining monsters street by street and search for any ancient ruins.
"It'll be slow, but it's safe enough."
Audrey, Justice, raised her hand slightly and asked with curiosity, "What have you been eating all this time in Afternoon Town?"
She had heard Little Sun say long ago that the City of Silver had survived by cultivating Black-faced Grass as its staple food, but she could hardly imagine what kind of crop it was.
"We bring some flour ground from Black-faced Grass, but most of our food comes from the monsters we hunt," Derrick answered earnestly.
"Once their Beyonder Characteristics are extracted and their hides removed, many of them can be eaten after roasting over a fire.
"But they all carry some contamination that can cause mental problems, so we can't eat them continuously. We need to leave enough time between meals."
Audrey recalled several monsters Little Sun had mentioned from the depths of the darkness and couldn't help asking, "Isn't that disgusting?"
Fors, the Magician, was interested in the subject too. Inspired by the question, she deliberately avoided looking at Mr. Moon and asked the Sun with apparent curiosity,
