Baimu was about half reassured.

Even if the owner had exaggerated, the arena should have no problem containing a level-sixty Steelix. Its floor construction would also prevent it from using Dig to escape.

After closing the main doors,

he took a deep breath and released Aggron and Chansey in the semi-enclosed Battle Arena.

The former would be the main damage dealer in this taming operation, while the latter was there to keep him alive. If Steelix landed a direct hit on him, forget attribute energy—the potential energy generated by its one-and-a-half-ton weight alone would be enough to kill him.

It was basically the weight of a compact car.

Its steel-like body reflected a cold gleam. The gusts stirred by its every movement sent chills down one's spine, while its deep roar blasted through the air like a ship's horn.

It was like some terrifying monster from a science-fiction film.

Seeing it in person, Baimu was surprised to find that it was not merely larger than usual. Ordinary Steelix had only three horizontal metal segments, but this one had four.

Their length and diameter increased from bottom to top.
