"Baimu" let out an eerie laugh, red light flickering in his eyes. Then he suddenly leaped down and turned into a black fox with messy red fur.
"Hee hee hee hee!"
Zorua cackled strangely at Baimu, seemingly intending to escape through the window.
Unfortunately, it had underestimated someone's explosive speed.
As it jumped onto the windowsill, a violent gust suddenly came from behind it. Zorua's heart clenched as it leaped outside, only to quickly realize that someone had caught it in their arms.
"Do Dark-type Pokémon all like playing pranks?"
Holding the constantly struggling Zorua, Baimu turned to Anthea at the doorway. "Or are they classified as Dark type because they like playing pranks?"
"That is one reason, but it is not the whole basis for type classification. There are other factors to consider."
Anthea smiled gently. "For example, there is a Pokémon in Unova called Cottonee. It also enjoys pranks, but it is indeed a Grass- and Fairy-type Pokémon."
"I see..."
Baimu nodded. "Um, lunch is ready. Shall we eat? Or is it not to your taste?"
"No, the food was delicious. I was mainly worried that Zorua might have done something inappropriate. It has an odd nature and is rather mischievous."
Anthea lowered her head slightly. "I must apologize to you once more for what happened this afternoon."
"No need, no need. It wasn't intentional to begin with, and the
