Cyrabelle rose high into the air and looked down from more than a hundred meters up at the vast army advancing in the distance.
The forty-thousand-strong army surged forward like a flood. Its vanguard drew closer, their brand-new Construct Armor reflecting the sunlight so brightly it dazzled against the snow.
The soldiers on the camp wall raised their rifles and got a clear look at the enemy, but none cried out or showed fear. Most of these soldiers from the Void World did not know the Main World existed, let alone what the Rune Federation's Construct Armor could do. They had no idea how formidable that somewhat clumsy-looking heavy armor was.
Then the various other races came into view, drawing startled cries from the soldiers. "Look! Lizardfolk! And those are Dwarves and Fishmen! Weren't those races wiped out long ago?"
The sight of so many soldiers from other races made the defenders on the wall uneasy. Legend held that they were formidable fighters. When the Lorenzo Kingdom first conquered this Void World, it had often lost two or three human soldiers for every one of their warriors killed. They had ultimately perished only because their populations were small and their infighting had drained too much of their strength.

"My lady, the enemy is coming in force. Should we fall back to Headquarters first?" Green asked quietly as she landed.
"No need," Cyrabelle said evenly, paying the rebel army of forty thousand little mind. "I was worried I wouldn't be able to find the main rebel force for a decisive battle. And now they've delivered themselves to me." She glanced at Green, then
