Green had never imagined that the little Golden Dragon who had been Early Legendary and less than twenty meters long even after transforming would become a Calamity-Rank Strong One in just a few years. He wondered what Arudika had experienced in that time.
Once Green recognized Arudika, he thought of Modi. Modi had worked with her before, and now they had both appeared in the Number One Void World. That could hardly be a coincidence. Considering everything that had happened, Green was certain her rapid rise to Calamity Rank had something to do with Modi.
Green was right. Arudika had grown so quickly because Modi had given her part of the Sea God's Divine Core and Divinity from their last venture. She had offered them directly to the Dragon God and received his blessing. In just a few years, she had risen from Early Legendary to Early Calamity Rank. She was already on the verge of advancing again to Mid Calamity Rank—the Dragonfolk equivalent of an Ancient Dragon.
"Everyone!" one of the other Calamity-Rank Strong Ones suddenly called out. He represented the Sison Kingdom, which occupied the eastern part of the Number One Void World.
He was Longdien, the Sison Kingdom's chief Archmage!
"I've just received word that the Holy Light Church and the Divine Eagle Empire have fought their first large-scale battle." Longdien raised a hand, and a translucent Light Screen appeared above his palm, displaying the latest intelligence he had received. "The Holy Light Church deployed six hundred thousand troops and more than twenty Calamity-Rank Strong Ones. The Divine Eagle Empire sent eight hundred thousand troops and twenty-two Calamity-Rank Strong Ones..."
That drew everyone's attention. Even Aliswelly, the Frost Giant leader, stopped hounding Arudika and looked at the intelligence Longdien displayed.
