Ye Mu's words startled everyone.
"Yes!"
Ye Mu did not keep them guessing. Under everyone's gaze, he shared the intelligence he had gathered.
"Over the next few months, both the Marines and the World Government will undergo major changes."
"The first is called the World Great Recruitment!"
"The second is the Reverie!"
Ye Mu briefly explained what the two plans involved. Once everyone seemed to understand, he continued.
"There's one thing I think you all know. The strongest force on these seas isn't Pirate King Roger, or the crews led by monsters like Whitebeard in the New World. It isn't us, either. It's the Marines and the World Government. The only reason we've been able to do as we please is that the Great Pirate Era Roger began has kept the Marines from throwing their full strength against us. In fact, beyond these two plans, the Marines and the World Government have two more plans specifically aimed at wiping out the Sky Pirate Crew. If we give them time to stabilize the seas, we'll be in real danger."
The faces of everyone in the Sky Pirate Crew turned grave.
"That means these months, while the Marines and the World Government carry out their plans, are our best chance. We have to build the Sky Pirate Crew into a force neither of them would dare go to war with lightly."
"Right now, our only real fighters are me, Enel, Tiger, and Eric. We're strong, but thinking the four of us can take on the entire Marine force and the World Government is a pipe dream!"
"That's why the next few months are so important to us!"
"And that's why I want you to build fleets of your own."
By then, everyone understood.
Tiger thought for a moment, then looked
