Covered in Wounds

Moyun rested his chin in his hand as he watched the farce outside. Pearl was already beaten flat.

The one stepping up now was the Krieg Pirates' chief combat commander, Gin.

This guy isn't weak either, it's just a pity he follows a captain like that.

Moyun still appreciated Gin to some extent; he could be considered a man of loyalty and righteousness, and in the end he could not harden his heart to kill Sanji, yet he was unwilling to betray Krieg.

"Since you appreciate him, why not take him away?"

"You see, you still don't understand men. How could he follow me? The one he's loyal to is Krieg. If he really came with me, I wouldn't care for it anyway."

Olvia was left speechless. What was meant by her not understanding men? This kid was only a mere seventeen years old, after all.

Though they appeared to be the same age outwardly, she had at least lived longer than this brat!

"Kuina, why aren't you speaking? Were you stimulated by what just happened?"

As a good captain, Moyun had to care about his crewmates' mental health at all times!

Kuina was startled, then offered a bitter smile and spoke. "I just saw how strong that man is, and Zoro grew up with me when we were kids. He must have been training all these years I've been gone, but even so, he couldn't defeat Mihawk."

"Huh? How old are you? Mihawk has been famous for a long time. Kuina, I didn't think you were someone who gave up so easily?"

Moyun curled his lips, appearing to look down on Kuina somewhat.

Naturally, he did this on purpose, wanting to stir up Kuina's fighting spirit.

"I haven't given up!"

Kuina shouted, startling ShSh, who was resting under the bed, into barking a few times.

"I will never give up! If not one year, then five; if not five, then ten! I am definitely going to become the world's greatest swordsman!"

"That's more like it."

Seeing Kuina recover her state of mind, Moyun turned his head and continued watching the battle below.

The fight between Gin and Sanji had already ended. Just as Moyun had guessed, Gin still didn't kill Sanji, and Krieg flew into a rage from embarrassment, firing Poison Gas Bombs at the group.

Poison gas was spilling everywhere down below.

"Truly despicable. Krieg can be considered a pirate in the true sense of the word. Luffy and these people are still somewhat kind."

Moyun watched quietly. If it came to fighting strength, Krieg was definitely no match for Luffy; his advantage lay in the gold armor and weapons all over his body.

However, this advantage would soon vanish.

Through Luffy's continuous wearing down, the Gold Armor on Krieg's body could barely hold on.

"Dammit, to think you've been able to fight me for this long. Then let me see if you can take this move."

Taking advantage of the moment when Luffy wasn't paying attention, Krieg dismantled the shoulder armor, turning it into a spear as tall as a man.

"You've really angered me! I won't let you die easily!"

Krieg swept the spear in his hand toward Luffy. Luffy dodged it with ease, though even so, he was somewhat out of breath.

That was because Krieg had far too many weapons. He had already consumed a great deal of stamina just dodging the attacks from them.

There were also wounds of all sizes on his body, and overall he looked rather disheveled.

"Gomu Gomu no Pistol!"

While dodging Krieg's attacks, Luffy was also striking his weapon.

"Ha, ha!"

"You brat couldn't already be finished, could you? Haha! I knew no one could defeat me. You've held out for this long, so you can be considered not bad."

Krieg revealed a smug smile, preparing to deliver the final blow to Luffy.

"Get up, errand boy!"

"Are you alright, errand boy? Hang in there! Hurry up and stand!"

"Hey, don't you dare die here!"

Sanji shouted. He could see that Luffy was already showing signs of complete fatigue, and if the fight continued any longer, Krieg would definitely win.

Just as everyone fell into despair, the panting Luffy raised his head and flashed a grin at Krieg. "You're going to lose."

"What? How is this possible!"

The spear in Krieg's hand shattered to pieces with a snap. "How did you do that?"

"Heh heh, I hit your weapon five times."

"So what? Do you think you can beat me while dragging a battered body?!"

Krieg raised his right hand in annoyance and anger, where a gun muzzle was still concealed.

With a massive roar, Luffy vanished from before Krieg's eyes.

"The errand boy couldn't have died, could he?"

Sanji muttered under his breath, not even reacting when the cigarette dropped from his mouth.

"Gomu Gomu no Gatling!"

A roar came from the sky, followed immediately by a flurry of fists like a rainstorm pounding against Krieg's armor.

Relying on his astonishing leaping power and explosive strength, Luffy unleashed his strongest attack toward Krieg!

"Ah! Th-This is impossible!"

With Luffy's final punch, the armor encasing Krieg shattered to pieces, and Luffy lost all his strength as well.

"Damn it, our captain actually got beaten?"

"Unforgivable!"

A small pirate rushed toward Luffy, only to be kicked away by Sanji's foot.

However, Luffy plunged straight into the sea because he dodged.

"Errand boy!"

"Luffy!"

Usopp hurried over carrying medicine, but still didn't make it in time.

To his surprise, Sanji actually jumped down.

"It looks like Sanji is going to join our pirate crew as well. Haha, as expected of me, Lord Usopp—such extraordinary personal charm!"

Having just finished tending to Zoro, who had been stabbed, Usopp hurried over this way to check on Luffy's condition.

He hadn't yet noticed that Nami was missing, along with the treasure on their ship.

"Oh my, it's finally over. We should go down too."

Moyun stretched lazily. Had this bunch seriously not noticed that Nami was gone yet? Their nerves really were unusually thick.

Olvia closed the book in her hand and walked down following Moyun.

"Have you guys seriously not noticed that you're missing a crewmate?"

"What? Why is it you again?"

Usopp looked suspiciously at Moyun. Could this person be a fan of his, deeply worshiping him and therefore secretly following him the whole time?

Luffy, who had been fished out, had already started sleeping soundly.

Gin coughed, managing to stand up with difficulty, and hoisted the unconscious Krieg onto his shoulder.

"Hey, you're still going to follow a captain like that?"

"Captain Krieg is the strongest in my heart. No matter what, I was the one who betrayed him first, and I will absolutely not abandon the captain."

After a moment of silence, Gin gave his reply.

Sanji exhaled a puff of smoke. He could understand Gin's sentiment, so he didn't try to persuade him any further.

"Where's Nami? Where did Nami go?!"

Usopp looked around and let out a startled cry. Could she have been killed just now?!
