"Nami?"

Sanji said hesitantly, Could this Nami be that pretty short-haired girl?

"Damn it! Is this how you protected her just now? You actually let Miss Nami disappear!"

"She was clearly standing right here a moment ago. How did she vanish in the blink of an eye?"

Usopp was starting to panic too. Suddenly, he thought of something and immediately turned to stare sternly at Moyun.

"You mentioned Nami just now, right? Do you know where Nami went?"

Moyun nodded. He had indeed watched Nami leave, but the battle had been so intense that he simply hadn't had time to stop her.

Even if he had had the time, he wouldn't have stopped her.

Otherwise, how would Luffy save Nami later?

That savior could be Luffy. Moyun only needed to deal with those minor lackeys.

"If you knew, why didn't you tell us just now? I knew it—you must have some kind of conspiracy! Even if you worship me, you didn't have to use this sort of method to get my attention."

Usopp rubbed his temples with a headache. I suppose being too charming isn't necessarily a good thing.

"You're overthinking it. I simply didn't get the chance to say anything. If I'm not mistaken, she probably went back to her village. Also, the money on your ship and the money in the restaurant were probably stolen."

Moyun spoke calmly, a deep sense of amusement in his eyes. If their ship hadn't been docked here, Nami probably would have paid their ship a visit too.

"What! Did that woman run off with the money?"

Usopp shouted, seeming somewhat desperate.

The journey hadn't even begun. They hadn't even entered the Grand Line, and one of their crew members had already left.

Should I also start thinking about how to get back?

"Wait a minute. How do you know all that so clearly?"

Sanji wasn't concerned about those useless things like Usopp was. He was more curious about how the young man before him knew so much about Nami.

He remembered that, at the very beginning, two beautiful women had been surrounding this young man.

At the thought, Sanji nearly crushed the cigarette in his hand.

Why are so many beautiful women surrounding a man who doesn't even look that old?

"Maybe it's because I was watching her the whole time. After all, who could miss a beauty like that?"

Moyun looked at Sanji with a beaming smile.

"Damn you, brat!"

"Why are you two about to fight? Isn't finding Nami the most important thing right now?"

Usopp shouted. In their five-man pirate crew, he was the only one who was still reliable. The captain and Zoro were snoring away, and their navigator had run off.

Sanji glared fiercely at Moyun, then lit another cigarette.

"That's true. Once you've rested, hurry up and leave. If I let you stay here any longer, who knows what the restaurant will be reduced to."

Usopp silently watched Sanji's departing figure.

He remembered that Luffy had said he wanted to find a chef, but Sanji didn't seem to have any intention of doing that.

Forget it. This isn't something the great Captain Usopp needs to worry about. I'll wait until Luffy wakes up.

When dinnertime arrived that evening, Luffy and Zoro finally woke up.

"Wow, that smells good. What is it? How can it smell so delicious?"

Luffy, still not fully awake, headed straight toward the restaurant.

Seeing Luffy walk in, Moyun knew that these people were about to begin their performance.

"What kind of soup is this? It's absolutely awful."

"Exactly! It's so disgusting! Sanji, how could your cooking be this terrible?"

The chefs took a sip of the soup Sanji had made and immediately spat it out, unable to bear it.

"How is that possible? How is it any different from what that damn old man makes?"

Sanji picked up a spoon in disbelief, filled it with soup, and brought it to his mouth.

"Ugh, it really is awful. It tastes a little different from before. Someone like this definitely can't stay at this restaurant, can he? What an incompetent chef."

Moyun spoke words of disdain, but his hands never stopped moving.

Sanji was stunned by Moyun's words and turned to look at Zeff.

He seemed to understand why these people were saying such things.

Are they using this excuse to get me to go adventuring with Luffy? But I can't abandon the old man.

"Sanji, go pursue your dream. You don't need to worry about me anymore."

"But—"

"There are no buts. Go help me achieve my dream."

Zeff smiled at Sanji. This child had already done enough. He shouldn't remain at this restaurant forever because of him.

"Haha, do you want to join my crew? If you don't want to, I won't force you. It's just that the food you make is really delicious."

Luffy grinned, then revealed a slightly troubled expression.

After a long while, Sanji clenched the hands hanging at his sides. "I understand. Then I'll go on an adventure with you. I'll help you achieve your dream of becoming the Pirate King."

"Haha, that's great!"

Watching this scene, Moyun suddenly felt a little envious for some reason. Should I find a chef too? I really can't cook.

We can't keep making the two girls cook forever.

This is giving me such a headache.

"We'll go with you too."

Moyun sighed as he looked at the plate whose soup he had already finished drinking, his heart growing even more sorrowful.

Luffy had a huge piece of meat stuffed in his mouth. He stared solemnly at Usopp, continuing to shove food into his mouth as he spoke.

"It happened while you were fighting, I think. That silver-haired kid told me."

Usopp pointed at the three people sitting nearby.

Luffy immediately raised his head, cheeks puffed out. "Oh, so it was them. What a coincidence."

"Hey! What a coincidence!"

Luffy swallowed the food in his mouth, then shouted toward Moyun.

Moyun raised his head, gave Luffy a slight nod, and walked over with Olvia and Kuina.

"It really is a coincidence. Are you going to look for Nami later? I'll go with you."

"Sure."

Luffy didn't even raise his head. He continued eating, completely unaware of what he had just agreed to.

Usopp, sitting nearby, opened his mouth in shock.

"Hey, Luffy! Do you know what you just agreed to? What if this guy has some kind of ulterior motive?"

Usopp shook Luffy hard, trying to make him come to his senses.

Luffy didn't wake up. He almost choked to death instead.
