A Dashing Entrance

"I can't find her right now." Moyun looked at the vast sea ahead and said with a shake of his head, "Robin is staying by the side of a terrifying person right now, and she's far too good at hiding herself."

"Then what should we do?" Olvia panicked inwardly, her voice involuntarily rising a few notches.

"Don't worry, trust me, it won't be long before you meet her." Moyun flashed Olvia a confident smile.

Olvia's body trembled slightly, and deep down she couldn't help but believe Moyun's words.

"Then where are we going now?"

"We're going to the East Blue to find another companion." Moyun smiled faintly.

Olvia glanced at Moyun, then stood quietly behind him.

Ten days later, Moyun and Olvia arrived at the port of Orange Town in the East Blue.

"I didn't expect your navigation skills to be so good." Moyun looked at Olvia with a hint of emotion and said, "If it were up to me alone, it probably would've taken me a month to get here."

Olvia smiled faintly and said nothing. Her navigation skills were all learned back when she went out to sea for archaeological expeditions; they might not have been top-tier, but they were still pretty good.

"Is this Orange Town? ShSh should be right here, how come I don't see a single person?" Moyun lowered his head to look at the navigational chart in his hand, then raised his head to look at the deserted little town before him.

Just as Moyun was filled with doubt, a loud boom suddenly rang out from ahead. Following that, the houses along a straight line in the town all turned into ruins.

"The Buggy Ball?!"

Moyun narrowed his eyes as he stared at the scattered wood fragments and broken debris flying about in the distance.

"What's going on? Why has Luffy only just gotten here? Logically speaking, he should've left this place ages ago."

In his heart, Moyun didn't wish to encounter Luffy this early; he much preferred for Luffy to walk ahead while he trailed behind. That way, with Luffy being the protagonist of the world, no one would pay any attention to him as he quietly investigated the Poneglyphs.

Yet an accident had occurred now—after finding Zoro, Luffy had actually taken nearly a month to arrive at Orange Town—the plot had changed right here.

"What happened?"

Olvia was startled by the sound of the explosion. Seeing that devastating cannon fire, she couldn't help but think of the Buster Call. Now, seeing Moyun's grave expression, she couldn't help but grow nervous.

Hearing Olvia's voice, Moyun snapped out of his thoughts.

"It's nothing, I was just thinking about how I should make my entrance so it looks a bit cooler."

Moyun rubbed his chin with a look of earnest consideration.

Olvia took a deep breath and ignored him. Ten days of getting along had taught her that this guy, who was only 1.55 meters tall and unusually cute in appearance, had a morbid obsession with looking "cool."

"Decided..." After a moment, Moyun slammed his hands together and said, "We'll do it this way. Heh heh, it'll definitely give them a fright."

Moyun grabbed Olvia with his right hand, pushed forward hard with his left, and then stepped ahead.

With a crisp snap, the figures of Moyun and Olvia instantly vanished from the spot.

On the other side, on the roof where Buggy the Star Clown was located, pirates wearing various circus uniforms pushed a cannon to the edge of the roof and loaded a special Buggy Ball into it.

"Alright!" Buggy, sporting a round red nose, grinned widely and shouted at the top of his lungs, "Fire the cannon! I'm going to destroy that straw-hat brat along with the town, heh heh..."

The pirate in charge of lighting the fuse hurriedly set fire to the cannon's fuse.

"Sizzle, sizzle..." The sound of the fuse burning rang out continuously, and a few seconds later, only a tiny bit was left behind the cannon.

Just at that moment, an accident occurred...

A foot suddenly stepped down onto the muzzle of the cannon...

Another foot landed on the muzzle of the cannon...

Unable to bear the weight, the cannon instantly tilted downward and dropped toward the floor below.

"What's the situation? Good thing I reacted fast and jumped, otherwise I would've fallen down there."

Moyun, who had just stepped out of space, pulled a bewildered Olvia and jumped to the edge of the roof.

"This is..." Moyun blinked as he looked at Buggy the Star Clown, who was staring wide-eyed and motionless in front of him: It seems spatial teleportation went a bit wrong this time...

Before Moyun could say anything, an inexplicable sense of danger washed over him from behind, followed by a deafening roar as an explosion erupted.

A massive explosion went off right behind Moyun and Olvia, the energy shockwave generated by the blast nearly blowing the two of them flat onto the ground.

"Good thing, good thing I keep practicing spatial shifting..."

Moyun felt a wave of relief as he watched Buggy the Star Clown tumbling backward repeatedly, tossed about by the energy wave ahead.

"Let's go, or it'll get very troublesome in a second." Moyun grabbed Olvia and ran off to the side.

Moyun had shifted the energy surging toward him directly in front of Buggy, which must have really angered that guy. While he wasn't afraid of Buggy, he hated trouble.

Moyun's thought was correct; once Buggy managed to steady himself and stand back up, the expression on his face was exceptionally ferocious. He could be said to have had the worst luck today, as every single guy who suddenly popped up made a complete mess of him.

"Straw-hat brat, and that silver-haired guy, I'll definitely make you pay..."

Gritting his teeth, Buggy glared at his disheveled crewmates scattered all around him, the chilling glint in his eyes growing more and more intense.

On the other side, the fleeing Moyun led Olvia along the path of the rising smoke until they arrived in front of a burning house.

"Ah-ow... Woof... Ah-ow... Woof..."

A scarred white puppy squatted in front of the burning house, crying out mournfully.

"ShSh..."

Moyun's eyes lit up when he saw the puppy, but upon seeing the injuries on its body, his gaze turned intensely fierce.

"Who are you? What do you want?"

Moyun, who was walking toward ShSh, stopped in his tracks upon hearing the sudden demand.

Looking at Nami holding a long staff and wearing a heavily guarded expression, Moyun smiled and said, "I'm here to find ShSh, I'm not a bad person."

Without paying any more mind to the dazed Nami, Moyun walked slowly over to ShSh and sat down beside it.

After listening quietly to ShSh's cries for a moment, Moyun suddenly spoke, "Do you want to get your revenge? If you're willing, I can give you power."

With that, Moyun took the Devil Fruit given to him by Lillianlo out of his embrace and placed it next to ShSh.

"Woof, woof..." ShSh glanced at the Devil Fruit, then looked at Moyun beside it.

"This thing is called a Devil Fruit. If you eat it, you'll gain the power to take revenge."

Moyun looked at ShSh, his gaze brimming with gentleness.

"Woof, woof..." ShSh didn't eat the fruit, instead barking at Moyun twice more.

"It's because I've liked you for a long time, but back then, I had no way of appearing by your side." Moyun finished speaking, raised his hand to stroke ShSh's head, and a satisfied smile appeared on his face.

The awkward conversation between man and dog left both Nami and Olvia stunned on the spot.

"You can communicate with animals?" Olvia looked at Moyun in confusion.

"Of course not, I can just guess what it's thinking from ShSh's expression. Besides, from my perspective, ShSh is the same." Moyun watched as ShSh began to nibble on the Devil Fruit, a brilliant light dancing within his eyes.
