Background and History

Qian Renxue operated in the Heaven Dou Empire under the identity of Xue Qinghe, initially posing as its Second Prince. Her disguise let her move within the imperial family while concealing her connection to Spirit Hall; even the Notting City Spirit Hall bishop was not qualified to know who she truly was 20.

While travelling to obtain a Soul Ring, Xue Qinghe detoured to Notting City after hearing reports of Luo Fan's talent. She approached him at a restaurant, initially intending to befriend and recruit him, but their conversation quickly became genuinely warm. They began calling one another brothers, and she invited him to join her Star Dou Forest expedition under the protection of Snake Lance Douluo and Pufferfish Douluo 21.

During the journey and soul-hunting expedition, Xue Qinghe became increasingly invested in Luo Fan's well-being. She worried about the physical backlash of his clone-assisted cultivation, offered to delay the expedition for him, guarded him while he absorbed his second ring, and was moved when he voluntarily offered to teach her his wall-climbing and water-walking technique 22 26 28. Her attachment became obvious when she abandoned her insistence on resting after learning Luo Fan had safely returned from Star Dou Forest 33.
