Li Yi thwarted Hongjun’s attempts to punish him and seize control of the Earth Dao, while the Wu-Yao war escalated into a devastating final battle. Houtu began establishing the Earth Dao with Li Yi’s aid as Hongjun prepared to confront him again.

• Hongjun pursued Zhunti and Jieyin to the Human Race, but Li Yi blocked his attacks with the Chaos Gourd and Taiji Diagram, forcing Hongjun to withdraw.
• Hongjun advanced the calamity cycle, while Li Yi advised Houtu to send Witch Tribe elites west under the Human Dao and planned to redirect the calamity’s fortune.
• Guto Xuefeng entered the Primordial World to capture Li Yi, was defeated by Witch Tribe fighters, and joined the Demon Court as Demon God Chang Geng.
• Morning Star Lord explained the Primordial World’s sages and the Human Emperor to Guto Xuefeng, while Blue Star viewers learned Li Yi was a peak Quasi-Saint and Tongtian was a Sage.
• The Twelve Ancestor Witches and the Demon Tribe fought with their great formations, devastating both sides until the Zhou Tian Star Formation nearly destroyed the Witch Tribe.
• As Houtu prepared to become the Earthly Dao, Li Yi interrupted her oath, warned that she could not govern it alone, and proposed that Human Race cultivators establish the Ten Courts of Hell.
• Houtu agreed to share the Earth Dao’s governance with Human Race cultivators, and Li Yi gave her three treasures to establish it as Hongjun summoned tribulation clouds against him.

Li Yi helped Houtu establish the Earthly Dao, defeated Hongjun and took control of the conflict over the Dao. He punished the Guto Family and Blue Star’s hostile factions, then brought selected Dragon Nation people to the Primordial World and entrusted humanity’s future to its leaders.

• Houtu established the Nine Netherworlds and Earthly Dao with the Ancestor Witches, earning Great Dao merit and becoming a Great Dao Sage.
• Li Yi used Hongjun’s Dutian Divine Thunder to advance the Chaos Gourd, then absorbed tribulation fortune as the Witch Teachings and Tongtian’s Human Dao Heavenly Court drew power away from the Heavenly Dao.
• Li Yi’s Human Emperor incarnation defeated and killed Hongjun’s Three Corpses, then swore to oversee the Heavenly Dao without claiming its authority.
• The Great Dao stripped Hongjun of his authority, and Li Yi killed him before taking Guto Xuefeng to the Xuanhuang Realm and destroying the Guto Three Clans and their allies.
• Li Yi returned to Blue Star, exposed the great families’ plot to seize his treasures, and killed the culpable leaders and others with heavy karmic debts.
• Li Yi annihilated Cherry Blossom Nation and Eagle Nation after warning their people, while sparing those elsewhere who had not committed great evil or harbored malice toward him.
• Li Yi brought selected Dragon Nation people to the Primordial World and told the Human Race’s ministers to strengthen the Human Dao and guide the race themselves.
