"Fugaku's eye for talent is also admirable. He saw this child's potential early on."
Nara Shikaku nodded. "Clan Head Fugaku's eye for people really is impressive. Minato, whom he favored before, now has the strength of an Elite Jonin.
"If he uses the Flying Thunder God, he could probably hold his own against many of the Shinobi World's strongest ninjas."
The Kannabi War in this world had been changed beyond recognition by the Uchiha, and Minato had scarcely had any opportunity to demonstrate the true power of the Flying Thunder God.
Konoha and the Shinobi World had seriously underestimated him.
A smile appeared on Fugaku's face. Even he was a little surprised that Obito had suddenly awakened the Three-Tomoe Sharingan. In the original story, Obito had awakened the Mangekyo Sharingan straight from the Two-Tomoe, skipping the Three-Tomoe stage.
Now that he had awakened the Three-Tomoe, perhaps he could build up his strength over the next few years and find it easier to awaken the Mangekyo Sharingan.
Kakashi stopped halfway through his stride, gave Obito a long look, then turned and vanished.
From his position above, Fugaku had seen the whole thing clearly. It seemed the love-hate relationship between Obito and
