Trying to fight them with nothing but his Folding Crossbow and a pistol would have been a pipe dream.

But now that he had this gear, things were different.

And his greatest prize wasn't even among those items...

Yu Yuan looked down at the all-black Enforcer Gear by his feet, and a smile tugged at his lips.

He silently thanked the bald man again for delivering a set of excellent-quality gear to him before he died.

The bald man had been well equipped. His melee weapon was a Tactical Sword, though Yu Yuan still preferred the Kukri.

It felt better to swing.

Unfortunately, he didn't know which rooms the keys opened. Otherwise, he could have tried to sneak in and take something.

Once he finished sorting the loot, Taotao Cave chimed to notify him that his trades were complete.

The lure of Survival Points really did bring out players' potential.

Every item he had listed had found a buyer.

Yu Yuan retrieved the materials from Taotao Cave and smiled.

Those people had really gone all out.

The ceramic washbasin looked freshly removed, with clear marks where it had been torn out.

The Electrical Wire, check valve, and anti-overflow floor drain still had bits of debris clinging to them from their rough removal.

He now had everything needed to upgrade the Bathroom to Level 2 and optimize it. Yu Yuan immediately opened the Virtual Light Screen and selected both projects for construction.

A green Light Screen enveloped the Bathroom. This time, construction would take thirty minutes.

The most important problem—the drainage pipes—was on its way to being solved.

Yu Yuan also listed the materials he had no immediate use for, offering them in exchange for what he needed to build other facilities.

He traded away all the Gloves, chest rigs, and similar gear, but kept the firearms and body armor.

He didn't want the players invading him after the beginner period to be carrying weapons he had sold them.

Half an hour later, he had gathered the materials for Level 2 Ventilation and a Level 1 Generator and added both to the construction queue.

Then the green Light Screen around the Bathroom vanished, revealing a dramatic transformation.

What had been a tiny washing area barely a square meter in size had expanded into a two-square-meter Shower Room. It was no longer empty, either.

A washbasin and showerhead had been installed on opposite sides of the room.

Most importantly, the drainage system's backflow prevention did not disappoint Yu Yuan.

Both floor drains now had floating-ball barriers, and a check valve had been fitted where the washbasin joined the drainpipe.

[Bathroom Level 2 — Shower Room]

Yu Yuan sat on the bicycle seat and pushed hard on the pedals. He felt definite resistance, but it was manageable.

A red light came on in the modified control panel mounted at the handlebars.
