Qian Daoliu is the Grand Worshipper and First Offering of Spirit Hall, as well as the High Priest of the Angel God, residing over the powerful Worship Hall 105 137. Fifty years prior to the main events, he engaged in a famous rivalry with Tang Chen, being defeated by him by a single move 137. For decades, Qian Daoliu maintained a cautious peace on the continent, bound by an old oath not to step foot on Clear Sky Peak and restrained primarily by his wariness of the missing Limit Douluo, Tang Chen 100 105 118 137.

His ultimate lifelong obsession and priority is his granddaughter, Qian Renxue, whom he is grooming to inherit the Angel God's divine position and complete the family's ascension, viewing all other continental affairs as secondary 35 105 115. When Qin Yun orchestrates the kidnapping of Qian Renxue and uses her as leverage to paralyze Spirit Hall's military actions, Qian Daoliu is forced out of seclusion 116 118.
