After the livestream audience endured five or six minutes of sickening footage, every villager had been transformed into an SCP-049-2.
SCP-049 the Plague Doctor seemed dissatisfied with its progress.
It ordered its SCP-049-2 army to spread out and capture more 'plague carriers.' Meanwhile, it took Giyu Tomioka, Tanjiro, Nezuko, and the other SCP-049-2...
And headed toward the city.
It believed the 'plague concentration' there was much higher than in the villages!
Those patients needed its personal attention.
Half an hour later, thanks to the tireless slaughter carried out by the SCP-049-2 army, SCP-049 the Plague Doctor had successfully 'transformed' tens of thousands of 'plague carriers.'

The distant explosions caught SCP-049 the Plague Doctor's attention.
It looked toward the noise and rasped angrily, "Damn that 'plague.' I knew it wouldn't let me cleanse it from this world without a fight."
"It's even controlling 'plague carriers' to attack me!"
"But I know you have no choice."
"As a doctor, I'll treat you all equally!"
With that, it took Giyu Tomioka, Tanjiro, and Nezuko, now all SCP-049-2, and rushed toward the explosions!
When SCP-049 the Plague Doctor reached the site...
The livestream audience finally saw who the 'lucky' ones were. Three ninjas with distinct cracks across their faces stood there. Judging by the emblems on their forehead protectors...
They were ninjas from Konoha in the Ninja World!

Moments later, SCP-049 the Plague Doctor touched each of their foreheads with a finger. At its touch, Gen Uchiha and the others, along with the ninjas used as sacrifices...
Had all life erased from them on a conceptual level.
Then fragments like flower petals peeled away from their corpses, revealing the sacrifices inside.
"Though you killed many SCP-049-2!"
SCP-049 the Plague Doctor looked at the scattered fragments and said, "I know the 'plague' was controlling you!"
"As a doctor, I won't discriminate against you!"
"Once I find a perfect cure for the 'plague,' I'll still bring you back to life!"
"For now, I'll perform the surgery!"
As it spoke, SCP-049 the Plague Doctor began taking surgical instruments from the kit it carried close to its body. Then it started the sickening procedure.
The livestream audience was about to log off and return once SCP-049 the Plague Doctor had finished the surgery.
But then they noticed something astonishing.
SCP-049 the Plague Doctor wasn't operating only on the sacrifices. It was also performing surgery on the flower-petal-like fragments.
Could it even transform those ashes?
At that thought, the livestream audience—especially those from the Ninja World—held back the urge to vomit and kept watching.
