Though Demon Ato knew Morgana had a point, he could not help saying, "But, my queen!"

Before Demon Ato could finish, Morgana cut him off. "Then we die. So what?"

"I'd rather die!"

Morgana looked toward Earth. After a long pause, she continued, "Isn't the SCP Foundation still there?"

"I'm sure they'll have a solution!"

"Enough!"

With that, Morgana ignored Demon Ato, returned to her throne, and resumed watching the livestream.

"If anyone acted alone, bring back their families as expendable resources too!"

"Broadcast the entire operation. Let everyone see what happens when they ignore the Foundation!"

Doctor Kuroto answered without hesitation. "Yes, Director!"

Doctor Kuroto forwarded Holy Kesha's private message to Jiang Chen, ended the call, and set about carrying out his orders.

After reading Holy Kesha's message, Jiang Chen murmured, Holy Kesha is interesting.

She's betting that the Foundation will intervene.

This is her way of getting on our good side.

Jiang Chen put the matter aside and resumed inventing his next anomaly: SCP-682, the Hard-to-Destroy Reptile!

In the livestream, SCP-049, the Plague Doctor, was walking toward the void passage pouring out crimson fog when the broadcast changed.

Doctor Kuroto's slender figure appeared on-screen.

He held up an authorization document bearing the Foundation's emblem, showed it to the camera, and said, "The threat level of the Demon Slayer World has risen from Euclid to Keter!"

"According to the Doctor's calculations, if left unchecked, SCP-610, the Abhorrent Flesh (Mutated), will invade the Super God Universe through the Great Worm Bridge within three hours!"

"Within a year, it will infect the entire Super God Universe and turn it into a world of flesh!"

"Therefore, following review and authorization, the Foundation has decided to use the Keter-Class Sealer to seal off the Demon Slayer World at a conceptual level!"

"This will completely sever SCP-610's route of transmission!"

"From this point on, no one may enter the Demon Slayer World without authorization!"

Everyone watching the livestream felt a weight lift from their shoulders. They had been sure the SCP Foundation would step in to resolve the crisis.

But until Doctor Kuroto made the announcement, no one could guarantee it.

They had been right!

The SCP Foundation had stepped in. And it had done so on a staggering scale, deploying the Keter-Class Sealer to lock down the entire Demon Slayer World!

The threat would be eliminated once and for all!

Even as many viewers breathed a sigh of relief, some began making calculations of their own.

If the SCP Foundation was going to solve problems like this, then the next time something similar happened, couldn't they send people in to explore again?

If they succeeded, the rewards would be immense.

If they failed, the SCP Foundation would handle the fallout. They would lose a few subordinates at most. What was the big deal?

Just then, Doctor Kuroto's voice rang out across the livestream again. "Numerous factions in the Super God Universe ignored repeated warnings from the SCP Foundation and entered the Demon Slayer World without authorization!"

"As a result, the Demon Slayer World's threat level rose from Euclid to Keter!"

"This has gravely endangered the Super God Universe!"

"Therefore, under Article Twelve, Clause Ten of the Foundation Management Regulations, the SCP Foundation will hold the parties responsible to account!"

"Accountability proceedings will begin once the Demon Slayer World has been contained!"

"Do not try to flee, resist, or even take your own lives! Otherwise, you will regret ever being born!"

With that, Doctor Kuroto vanished from the livestream.

Several thousand threads had already been completely infected. Their once-pure white had turned an ominous blood red.
