"The SCP Foundation will condemn every Demon to eternal damnation."
"You have one minute."
"The countdown starts now."
Dr. X snapped his fingers. A clock appeared out of thin air, hovering overhead as it began counting down.
Once it appeared, Dr. X muttered under his breath, "What is this supposed to be?"
"A noble last stand? The Foundation decides when you die and how you die."
"You will die at the appointed time, in the manner we choose."
"You think you can kill yourselves and win praise for it? As if you deserve that!"
The viewers watched the clock counting down in midair, then looked at Dr. X's impassive face. Their eyes were full of shock.
They knew the SCP Foundation was domineering.
But they had never imagined it would go this far!
It had ordered Morgana to kill those Demons herself, and she had to obey. Otherwise, not only would it refuse her surrender, but it would condemn her and the entire Demon Civilization...
To eternal damnation.
This went far beyond a slap in the face.
It was more like climbing onto Morgana's shoulders and relieving itself all over her.
She could surrender, sure!
But first, she had to slaughter 347 Demons with her own hands as a pledge of allegiance. Otherwise, the SCP Foundation would not accept her surrender!

As the countdown approached zero, the hundreds of Demons begged Morgana to kill them. They knew there was no way they would survive today.
Rather than die a miserable death in some "experiment,"
They would rather be killed by Morgana.
"Shut up, all of you!"
Hearing her subordinates plead, the fury in Morgana's eyes burned hotter. If she had not been afraid of bringing disaster upon the people living in the Demon star system...
She would have torn Dr. X and the Mobile Task Force to pieces long ago.
At last, with the countdown about to reach zero,
Morgana made up her mind. She summoned Demon Claw, seized the 347 Demons Dr. X had designated, and lifted them into the air...

After killing those Demons with her own hands, Morgana seemed drained of all vitality. Her entire body sagged.

Seated on her throne, Holy Kesha watched Morgana kill 347 of her subordinates with a single squeeze on the livestream. She murmured, "I'll admit it. You've finally grown into a capable leader."
"But do you really think the SCP Foundation can't see what you're trying to do?"
"You're still a little naive."
While Holy Kesha was thinking that Morgana was naive, Morgana took a deep breath inside Demon Castle and steadied herself. Then she stared straight at Dr. X. "Can we leave now?"
Dr. X nodded. "First, let me correct you on one point."
"You didn't do this to satisfy me."
"This was simply the punishment the SCP Foundation decided upon for your crimes. If you hadn't surrendered, you wouldn't have had to kill only those few Demons."
"You would have had to kill every Demon who entered the Red Crow Star System without authorization."
Dr. X paused, then continued, "Don't doubt me. Even if you refused, the SCP Foundation could make you kill them with your own hands."
"Second, I have something to announce to the viewers."
Dr. X took a document bearing the Foundation's emblem from his coat. After showing it to the camera, he read aloud:
"Following review and approval by the Foundation, effective immediately, all persons in the Super God Universe and its affiliated worlds may apply to enter Earth."
"Applications may be submitted to: SCP Foundation * External Affairs Department."
"The Foundation also pledges that, so long as visitors do not violate the Foundation's Code of Conduct, the SCP Foundation will not attack any extraterrestrial visitor without cause!"
"However, if an extraterrestrial visitor violates the Foundation's Code of Conduct, the SCP Foundation reserves the right to pursue accountability without limit!"
"The SCP Foundation also reserves the right of final interpretation."
When he finished, Dr. X took out a pair of handcuffs and put them on Morgana. Under the furious gazes of the many Demons, he escorted her into the Void Passage.
Then they vanished.
The livestream went dark soon after, leaving only an account link behind.
Dr. X's words had left the viewers stunned. They could hardly believe the SCP Foundation had opened an application channel for entering Earth.
Did that mean that, as long as their applications were approved,
They could travel abroad without even leaving their own worlds?
After a brief silence, the livestream chat exploded.
