History
Hiruzen encourages his student Tsunade’s ambition to become Hokage, assigning her work with Konoha’s women to help her build relationships and leadership experience 13. He later asks her to treat Hoshina Hyuga’s dangerous labor, but first makes sure she understands the risk to mother and child 14.
When Tsunade discovers that Danzō moved Hashirama Senju’s remains without authorization, Hiruzen orders Danzō to show them where the body is kept 21 22. He then takes custody of the remains and asks Tsunade to let the matter end there, fearing internal conflict while other villages grow restless. They also agree not to tell Mito Uzumaki 23.
