Power Progression

Background and History

Tsunade is Hashirama Senju’s granddaughter and Mito Uzumaki’s granddaughter. After Wang Gang finds himself in her body, he accepts his new identity and sets out to grow stronger before the Second Great Ninja War, which he expects in two years. Tsunade also resolves to prevent the future deaths and disasters she remembers, beginning with her younger brother Nawaki 1 2 3 4.

She obtains Might Duy’s handwritten Eight Gates notes after stopping other boys from bullying him, then asks Mito to teach her the Yin Seal. She takes time away from missions to pursue sealing, physical conditioning, and medical ninjutsu 2 3 4 5.

Her plans expand beyond training. She saves Hoshina Hyuga and her unborn child, develops ties with women from Konoha’s major clans, and founds a mutual-aid association. At the same time, she works with Orochimaru on strengthening her inherited constitution and pursues the Hokage position 11 17 31.

When she learns that Mito is preparing to pass on the Nine-Tails, Tsunade promises to protect Nawaki and the Uzumaki. She arranges an early-warning plan for the Land of Whirlpools and begins training Minato and Nawaki in the Flying Thunder God Technique so they can eventually transport her there 34 36 39 41.

Appearance

Tsunade has long golden hair, fair skin, and large, bright eyes. During Yin Seal training, a small purple mark appears on her forehead; once complete, it becomes a defined diamond 1 5 32.

Her care for vulnerable people is genuine, though she is conscious of its political value. She encourages Duy, spends a month helping Hoshina and her child, and builds a network for women’s health and mutual support.
