• Mo Bai trapped Leviathan in his shadow domain, killed the Threnodian offshoot, and fought Phrolova, who eventually withdrew when Rover arrived.
• Mo Bai told Rover that the Remnant Star Society had tried to make him a Threnodian Resonator, and Rover agreed to trust him if he stayed by her in the field.
• Mo Bai, Rover, and their companions explored a crashed space station, where a recording showed Rover falling from the Sky Sea before the group defeated its infected Pioneer.
• Lu Hess revealed that Rover led the Black Shores, destroyed the recording, and asked Mo Bai to keep Rover safe.

Mo Bai returned from the Void Matter Space after defeating Mahoraga and found that the people around him no longer remembered him. As he worked to reclaim his place at the Academy, the Remnant Star Society’s plans and a new encounter with its President came into focus.

• Aemeath and Rover defeated Singulum, and Rover accepted his return as a wisp of frequency before Mo Bai reunited with them.
• Aemeath traveled into the past to help the Tunneler seal Aleph-1, while Mo Bai entered the Void Matter Space to face the threat alone.
• The Goddess offered Mo Bai a chance to return, and he accepted a new Limitless Cursed Technique without the Six Eyes.
• Mo Bai fought Mahoraga, freed it from Ten Shadows with a Binding Vow, and escaped the Void Matter Space.

Mo Bai investigated the Remnant Star Society while helping Mo Hei make friends and reckon with her missing past. When Cursed Spirits overran the Academy’s Dark Side, Mo Hei and Siglica entered to protect the students, leaving Mo Bai and the others to seek a way to help them.

• Mo Bai trapped Charon with Unlimited Void, forcing the President to abandon a fragment of her consciousness in Charon’s body before Mo Bai discovered it.
• Mo Bai befriended Mo Hei, encouraged her to build confidence independently, and gave Losera memories that helped her investigate what had been erased from her past.
• Losera asked Mo Bai to investigate Dania, while Feixue agreed to work with him against the source of the Lahai Luo disaster.
• Mo Hei watched Dania and Siglica, met Napomo, and made friends with the group as Mo Bai learned Napomo might be linked to the Remnant Star Society.
