At the soldier's report, Fukaboshi gritted his teeth.

Having begun to take charge of Fish-Man Island's affairs, he knew there were people on the island they could not afford to offend. Some had the Four Emperors of the New World behind them; others had the World Government.

Thanks to Whitebeard's flag, both groups had mostly lived in peace with the island's Fish-Men and merfolk, keeping a low profile.

In other words, leave them alone, and they would leave you alone.

By doing this, Hody Jones and his crew were handing those people a reason to come after them.

Was he afraid those powerful factions wouldn't come and kill them?

Faced with such a thorny situation, Fukaboshi could not decide what to do, so he turned to Neptune.

"Let's wait and see. I was just wondering whether the person Hody Jones and his crew are looking for is the one from Shirahoshi's dream."

Fukaboshi could not help laughing at Neptune's words.

He could not imagine anyone daring to provoke Whitebeard. He was not yet the man who would spend his days hooked to an IV a few years from now. He was the strongest man in the world, and he could beat even Kaido senseless.

But Neptune, who knew Shirahoshi's true identity, thought otherwise. He also wanted to use Hody Jones to draw that person out.

Once Fukaboshi and his two brothers understood Neptune's intentions, their expressions shifted. They had guessed what their father meant.

Fukaboshi, in particular, gave Shirahoshi a meaningful look. What had happened when his sister was little remained vivid in his memory.
