Atlas left the others behind and walked over. Of course, she wasn't looking to teach the fellow a lesson just because she disliked his face. Something had simply occurred to her.
This guy... was his name Who's-Who?
If so, he was probably at Marine Headquarters to transport some confiscated Devil Fruits to the Holy Land of Mary Geoise. The Gum-Gum Fruit should be aboard his ship.
Atlas wasn't certain, though. She had asked Sengoku about the Gum-Gum Fruit before, but hadn't found it in the warehouse. Besides, the World Government often sent CP Agents to headquarters to collect strategic stockpiles, including Devil Fruits.
Still, this was indeed Atlas's first time seeing Who's-Who.
"A CP Agent?"
Atlas carefully studied the man who would later defect from the World Government. Unlike Lucci, he wore a flashy red suit and had long pink hair, earrings, and black gloves. A lit cigarette hung from his mouth.
"CP9 Agent Who's-Who, CP9's greatest prodigy!"
Under the immense pressure Atlas exuded, Who's-Who wisely gave his name. He couldn't help emphasizing his status as a prodigy, either.
"The greatest prodigy? Hah! I just beat one up not long ago..."
Atlas scoffed. Cipher Pol and the Marines secretly competed with each other, and both Who's-Who and Rob Lucci had naturally been compared to her from the moment they debuted. But she had grown far too quickly. Before either could catch up, she had already left them far behind.

Who's-Who's pupils contracted. He had clearly realized which other prodigy Atlas meant. Although he always claimed to be a CP9 prodigy on par with Lucci, he knew all too well that his talent fell far short of Lucci's.
"The things in there are for the World Government. You can't go in!"
While he was distracted, Atlas strode toward the cabin
