Baltigo, Revolutionary Army Headquarters.
The Revolutionary Army's senior officers were meeting in the Conference Room.
Dragon sat at the head of the table, eyes closed as he listened quietly to the others' reports.
Ahiru, commander of the Revolutionary Army's East Army, began her report. "Over the past few days, we've taken three countries."
"The Linghe Kingdom, the Zarut Kingdom, and the Fulibe Kingdom, all in the East Blue."
"None of them are powerful, but their strategic positions in the East Blue are important."
A faint smile touched Ahiru's face. "Taking these three countries has major implications for our plans across the East Blue."
As commander of the East Army, Ahiru was pleased with the outcome of the offensive.
Under the Revolutionary Army's original plan, taking those three countries would have required at least another year.

"It caught the East Blue's countries off guard. Even the World Government probably never saw it coming!"
Bonney gave a wry look. "Forget the World Government. Even we in the South Army didn't see it coming."
"Now that we've taken those three countries, the Revolutionary Army effectively controls the East Blue's transport links."
"This is our biggest victory of the year!"
Terry Gild Teo smiled at the others. "I was shocked when Ahiru showed me her plan."
"I never expected her to be so bold."
"What surprised me even more was that she took a plan with less than a fifty percent chance of success and, in just two days..."
"Pulled it off!"
