Pirate: I Can Repel Everything

Bartolomeo stood up as well, looking horrified. "Aren't those the Chris Pirates? What are they doing in Loguetown?"

"He's a major pirate with a hundred-million-Beli bounty! I've never even heard of anyone with a bounty that high!"

"All you idiots ever do is give me lousy ideas. If we went after a pirate like that, we'd get beaten to death!"

Bartolomeo pointed at his underlings and angrily berated them. "Keep your eyes open next time! Don't come running over here spouting crap when you don't know a damn thing."

"You're going to get someone killed, fuck!"

Hearing that terrifying bounty, the underlings were all badly frightened. They shrank back and hurriedly apologized.

"Yes, boss, yes! We'll be more careful..."

Desaya waved a hand and sat back down, trying to calm him. "Enough. They didn't do it on purpose. Don't get so angry."

"But what are the Chris Pirates doing in town? Are they heading into the Grand Line?"

Desaya leaned back in her chair, crossed her legs, and folded her arms, musing aloud, "With Smoker in town, now that they've come in, they probably won't make it out."

"The Marines are bound to show up soon. A fight will be unavoidable."

Bartolomeo slapped his chair and burst out laughing, a vicious gleam in his eyes as he spoke.

"Perfect! Let them fight! It'd be best if they all killed each other."

"Then I can see just how strong a pirate with a hundred-million bounty really is! Hehahaha..."

Bartolomeo looked at the people below and swept his hand through the air, calling loudly, "Anyone who's scared, get out of here!"

"The fight coming up is bound to be intense. If you're afraid, get the hell home!"

Just then, Chris and the others had arrived at the foot of the Execution Platform.
