"Stop wasting words on him, Sister Amande! All Mother wants is White Ghost and that handsome face of his. We can just drag him back to Totto Land!"
Adrian sighed and tried to steer the conversation back on track.
"Miss Amande, I can understand Mr. Cracker, but do you really not want to call me Daddy?"
Amande said no more. She silently gripped the fish-scale hilt of the Famous Sword White Fish at her waist and drew it with a ring. With a slight turn of her wrist, she held its slender blade horizontally in the air and sent a slow, sweeping slash forward, murmuring,
"Slow Waltz."
As if he had seen it coming, Adrian scooped up
