Geography and Landmarks

• Jade Treasure Ice Bed — A frozen expanse in the far north. Its ice is harder than ordinary steel and holds centuries of wealth amassed by the Happo Navy 46 47.
• Phoenix Mountain — The Happo Navy’s stronghold 46.
• Dog Fang Mountain — The Second Treasure Navy’s headquarters. Its nine clustered peaks resemble interlocking teeth 37.

Navies

The country’s ruling forces are eight navies, numbered from the First Treasure to the Eighth Treasure 13.

• Happo Navy — Associated with the Jade Treasure Ice Bed. Its twelfth leader, Chinjao the Drill, lived in seclusion there after his defeat by Garp; his son Tsai Dou handled the navy’s affairs 20 46 47.
• Second Treasure Navy — Based at Dog Fang Mountain. Hog served as its pillar until Adrian killed him; Hog’s daughter Holisa later sought revenge and was also killed by Adrian 18 37 38.
• Three Treasures Navy — Its squad captain Jixiang confronted newly arrived players and directed them toward ordinary work rather than fighting 13.

History

Player arrivals

The Flower Country was a West Blue arrival point for closed-beta players, including Cao Renqi. The newcomers entered as Drifters, a social status that did not grant local acceptance. Jixiang advised them to seek work in farming or at the docks; attempts to hunt in the mountains and fish at sea exposed them to dangerous wildlife and a Sea King 12 13.

Marine intelligence later identified the country as the destination of Vice Admiral Tsuru’s investigation into the strangely behaving Drifters. Gion was sent there on that mission 16 17.

Adrian’s visits

Adrian first came to meet the closed-beta players. During that visit, he killed Hog in a tavern fight, making the Second Treasure Navy a Deadly Enemy. His overall standing with the Flower Country fell to Cold, while his standing with the Happo Navy rose to Neutral 14 18.

During the open beta, Adrian returned to sell weapons and teach skills to players. He moved his business from the docks to a deserted tidal flat to reduce interference from hostile navies. Holisa attacked the gathered players, and Adrian killed her and the Second Treasure Navy soldiers accompanying her. His standing with the Flower Country fell to Hostile, while his standing with the Happo Navy rose to Friendly 36 37 38 39.

On his third visit, Adrian sought out Chinjao, initially intending to negotiate over the treasure beneath the Jade Treasure Ice Bed and obtain his Armament Haki training methods. The encounter instead ended with Adrian killing Chinjao, Tsai Dou, and the Happo Navy fighters present. The Happo Navy became his mortal enemy, and the Flower Country’s standing toward him fell to Hatred 46 48 49.
