Background

Sakura struggles to speak to classmates and longs for companionship. Nangong Cheng approaches her after issuing a task for her to exchange contact information with him. With his encouragement, she completes it and calls him her first friend 11.

The completed task unlocks her System Exchange Shop and activates the Perfect Life System. In the shop, Sakura finds a Personality Awakening Potion that promises to create an ideal personality alongside her original one. She is excited by the possibility of changing herself, but the potion costs 10,000 Points; she is not shown buying it 11.

Her system subsequently calls Nangong her “fated counterpart,” a claim Sakura takes seriously because she already likes him 12. She grows more willing to message him and share photographs of her Shizuku appearance. Their closeness also leaves her vulnerable to his pressure: after an uncomfortable fitting-room photo session, she asks what their relationship is, but Nangong leaves the question unanswered 14 27.

Appearance

She has difficulty asserting boundaries. During the fitting-room task, she recognizes that Nangong has pushed her too far, yet feels conflicted about confronting him 27.
