In response to Mingyou's question, Akari nodded gently. They really were leaving the day after tomorrow. After all, they had things to do at Blueberry Academy. The sudden parting made her reluctant to go.

"Wum..."

Ogerpon didn't want to be apart...

"Don't be sad. It's not like we'll never see each other again. We'll have a break in the summer and come back."

Smiling, Akari reached out and stroked Ogerpon's head to comfort her. Then she turned to Mingyou. "Tell me what you did this morning."

"Okay."

Since he still had to make dinner, Mingyou quickly explained what had happened and how it had ended. Akari's expression went from grim to furious, then finally to relief and a smile.

"Thanks for all your hard work. You too, Ogerpon."

"Wum~"

"So what are you going to do with Pecharunt and the others?"

"I'm going to use the Icicle Plate to freeze them, then bury them in the plaza to atone for what they've done."

"That's not a bad outcome..."

Akari nodded and pulled back the covers. Seeing this, Mingyou prepared to take Ogerpon out of the room. "I'll give you some privacy."

"It's fine. I have clothes on underneath."

With that, Akari got out of bed. She was wearing a thin white autumn top.

She had a nice figure. She was a little less curvy than Carmine, but she wasn't as thin or as tall, either. She had the proportions of a typical young woman; her conservative clothes simply made it hard to tell.

She took her pale-yellow windbreaker with its Pikachu pattern off the rack. Just as she was about to put it on, she noticed his gaze. Her cheeks reddened, and she instinctively crossed an arm over her chest, giving Mingyou a reproachful look.

"...Where are you staring?"

"Sorry..."
