Background / History

Qian Xunji took Lin Feng as his disciple, made him Spirit Hall’s Holy Son, and arranged his engagement to fellow disciple Bibi Dong. When Bibi Dong accused Lin Feng of molesting her, Qian Xunji accepted her account, pressured Lin Feng to confess, and brought the case before Spirit Hall’s Elders. After Lin Feng refused to accept the accusation and chose to leave, Qian Xunji stripped away his Soul Power and all five Soul Rings 2 3 4.

News that Lin Feng had recovered and defeated Tang Xiao and Tang Hao alarmed Qian Xunji. He secretly ordered two Elders to hunt Lin Feng, but his father, Qian Daoliu, instead ordered him to apologize and bring the former disciple back. Qian Xunji reluctantly went with Bibi Dong. Their meeting in Sunset Forest became a battle: Lin Feng gravely wounded him and killed the two Elders who covered his retreat 20 23 25.

Qian Daoliu used Angel Soul Power to save his son. While Qian Daoliu and Spirit Hall’s strongest fighters were away, Bibi Dong drugged the still-injured Qian Xunji, then devoured his soul and body with her Spider Emperor Martial Souls 27.

Appearance

Qian Xunji has a stern face and golden eyes. When he manifests his Angel Martial Soul, three pairs of golden wings and an Angel phantom appear behind him 2 4.

Personality

Qian Xunji presents himself as a guardian of justice, but condemns Lin Feng before fairly examining his defense. He briefly softens when Lin Feng renounces their teacher–disciple bond, yet continues demanding a confession. Later, fear of Lin Feng’s revenge drives him to order a secret hunt rather than admit wrongdoing 2 3 20.
