Early the next morning, Jerry went to Catherine's Private Lounge and handed her the note.
"Your Eminence, where did this come from? Did Voldemort give it to you?"

"Pettigrew? He's still alive?" Catherine looked bewildered.
Jerry stared at her in surprise. He had never expected Catherine to know nothing about Peter Pettigrew's situation. After all, he had always thought of the Apostles as the masterminds behind everything, controlling how events unfolded, with an intelligence network that reached everywhere and knew almost everything.
"Weren't you involved in the Potters' deaths back then? How could you not even know about Peter Pettigrew?"
"Of course we knew about Peter Pettigrew's betrayal, but it's been over a decade, and we haven't found any trace of his movements. We all thought he'd died in that explosion!"
