Hiruzen Sarutobi was no stranger to the Impure World Reincarnation Jutsu.
Hiruzen Sarutobi had summoned Hashirama Senju and Tobirama Senju, but he had never expected Shimura Danzō to use Impure World Reincarnation on Kagami Uchiha as well.

Hashirama Senju sensed Shimura Danzō behind him. "Tobirama, I told you not to research this kind of Ninjutsu. And you're Shimura Danzō, aren't you? I can sense my Chakra in you. Did you transplant my cells?"
As he spoke, Hashirama Senju began to worry about Konoha. Hiruzen Sarutobi wore the Hokage's battle robes, so he was almost certainly the Hokage who had succeeded Tobirama Senju.
Judging by his presence alone, Hiruzen Sarutobi could not compare to him, but he was qualified to be Hokage. What was going on with Shimura Danzō, though?
Why did he carry Hashirama Senju's Chakra and presence? The more Hashirama Senju thought about it, the more he worried for Konoha.
"First, Second." Hiruzen Sarutobi took a deep breath and greeted them. "And Kagami. It's been a long time."
"Sarutobi! Looks like I've been dead for many years." Kagami Uchiha greeted Hiruzen Sarutobi from a short distance away. "Is Konoha doing well? And how is young Yi?"
"Kagami? You're dead?" Tobirama Senju looked at the Uchiha he had trusted most, his eyes filled with complicated emotions.
