Kinshiki was Momoshiki's guardian, and his strength was respectable. Momoshiki and Urashiki were both members of the Ōtsutsuki Main Family.
By rights, all three were fairly powerful. Yet people had emerged in the Shinobi World who could stand against them.
Hyuga Rinka carried Hamura Otsutsuki's aura. She was probably his descendant, and after gathering other bloodlines of Hagoromo Otsutsuki, she had achieved Atavism.
