Captivity and Escape

Colin had served at the 16th Branch for two years before acquiring his Devil Fruit. After he was caught stealing military rations, corrupt Marines beat him and handed him over to the Mafia. He subsequently appears in Iron Cage City as a captive described as a Marine deserter 10 16 22.

After Jack kills the Doberman Zoan fighter, he asks Colin’s name and tells him to follow. Colin leaves the cage dragging broken chains, but must wait in a corridor while Jack meets Capone Bege upstairs. Jack’s escape leaves him behind, still chained and terrified 10 11 12.
