Ch. 61Warships and Shiki
Key plot points
- After the battle at Kent Island, Hades and Titan escape through the port under cover of Titan’s poisonous mist. Titan briefly reveals a medium-sized Navy warship, takes a small boat from it, then stores the warship away again to keep his ability secret.
- With the Marines’ strongest fighters gone, the island’s surviving factions begin fighting over territory and influence. Pirates join in or exploit the disorder.
- Shiki arrives after the fighting, surveys the damage, and demands an account of what happened. When a pirate is too frightened to answer, Shiki kills him, prompting the others to speak.
- Learning that Hades and Titan defeated the Marine Vice Admirals, Shiki is eager to meet them and expects both to join the Rocks Pirates. He leaves, convinced he will encounter Hades soon.
