"Orochimaru, everything's fine now, right?" Uchiha Yoru asked anxiously.

"Everything's fine. But are you sure you want to absorb the Dōjutsu power instead of transplanting the eye?" Orochimaru asked.

Wouldn't it be better to transplant the Rinnegan and gain its power directly?

"I trust my own power more than that thing!"

Uchiha Yoru had already returned the Mangekyō Sharingan he had taken from Kakashi. Now he had brought his own Sharingan to see what Dōjutsu he could awaken.

As for Kamui, he would save it for when he dealt with Obito.

Uchiha Yoru activated his Sharingan, his nerves taut. According to legend, a Mangekyō Sharingan reflected its owner's heart.

Obito Uchiha's Mangekyō had taken the form of a twisted symbol. He felt he had lost everything, and so he gained the ability to make himself intangible. Rin's death made him want to destroy this world and create one where she lived, giving rise to Kamui, which could tear open space.
