The Raikage's Furious Battle with Sasuke

After Uchiha Itachi spoke, the tension between the two finally eased.

"Where's Ye? Why didn't he come?"

Sasuke Uchiha asked.

"Doesn't he always show up for things like this?"

"Big Brother Ye really is thoughtful!"

"I meant he never misses a chance to watch a spectacle!" Sasuke Uchiha said coldly.

"Careful, Sasuke. Little Yoru might come after you for that," Uchiha Itachi said with a smile.

Sasuke Uchiha instinctively shrank back, then squared his shoulders. "As if I'm afraid of him!"

"Sasuke!"

A figure flashed past. In the next instant, Sasuke was pinned against the wall, held so tightly he couldn't move.

"Raikage, what are you doing?"

"He killed my brother!"

"Calm down, Raikage! Sasuke is a valuable fighter!"

"I don't care!"

"Akatsuki is the real enemy!"

"He's the one who took my brother to Akatsuki!" the Raikage roared. His grip kept tightening. He meant to strangle Sasuke to death!

A purple skeletal frame forced the Raikage back.

"You're going to die too!"

Sasuke Uchiha's face twisted with fury.

Susanoo's arm seized the Raikage, threatening to crush him!

Naruto Uzumaki shouted, "Sasuke, don't!"

But Sasuke had lost all reason. He heard nothing; all he wanted was to kill the Raikage in front of him.

Cracks appeared in Susanoo's arm.

Bang!

Susanoo's arm burst apart. The Raikage appeared before Sasuke in an instant, his hand poised like a blade.

"Lightning Oppression Horizontal Chop!"

Susanoo, which Sasuke Uchiha had thought invincible, shattered before his eyes.

Sasuke Uchiha felt the cutting edge of the Lightning Release against his face. It stung.

A black, tadpole-shaped Cursed Mark spread from the back of his neck across all of Susanoo. The Raikage could feel that its toughness was on another level.

Sasuke Uchiha rushed out of the room. There was too little space to move inside.
