Chapter 961: Risk
The two sisters grappled with each other. Before long, Madam Fatima hurried over. Her face was pale as she looked at the scene before her and quietly instructed the servants nearby to pull them apart.
"There are guests coming to the house later," Fatima said in a low voice. "Stop making trouble!"
"Guests?" Chloe turned around. "Who?"

Chloe thought over her mother's reaction, then shook off Xina's hand. A moment later, she reached her own conclusion. "Does this have something to do with that Inspector?"
From Fatima's silence, Chloe understood the answer. She sprang up from the floor. "Were they the ones who beat Cody black and blue? I'm going to tear every last one of them apart!"

Before the servants could step in to stop her, Chloe's vision darkened from rising too quickly. Her feet gave out, and she collapsed onto her sister. Xina cried out in pain again.
