Evil Demon Forest

• Location and inhabitants — A forbidden zone within Sun Moon territory, dominated by the Evil Eye Clan. Other creatures entering it face attacks from the clan 27 28.
• Environmental hazards — Before the Azure Emperor’s intervention, the forest is shrouded in black mist that erodes mental power, with malignant energy, dead branches, and skeletons covering the ground 28.
• Transformation — The Azure Emperor’s divine light and life-bearing thunder purify the miasma and restore vegetation. Afterward, the Evil Emperor adopts the name “Green Green Grassland” for the transformed forest 30 32.

Evil Emperor and Holy Spirit Cult

• Evil Emperor — The forest’s ruler, a ferocious beast approaching 800,000 years of cultivation. Sun Moon observers identify him as the empire’s totem guardian deity; his cooperation with the empire began after imperial representatives approached him 28 30.
• Holy Spirit Cult — Maintains a secret relationship with the Evil Emperor, described as its ultimate trump card. Its Supreme Elder Xuan Fan also intervenes in the coastal conflict on the Sun Moon side 7 27.
• Failure of deterrence — The Evil Emperor initially overwhelms Blue Silver’s eldest prince, Ye Su, but abandons his attack and begs forgiveness when Ye Su summons an Azure Emperor projection 28 31.

History

First Contact and Technology Seizure

Blue Silver reconnaissance discovers Sun Moon Continent in the path of its drifting homeland. The Azure Emperor instructs the Blue Silver Empire to approach the Sun Moon imperial family peacefully, while preparing to retaliate if attacked 1.

After the world-spanning canopy reveals Swift No. 1, Sun Moon officials order Heaven-Destroying Douluo and Silver Moon Douluo to capture the aircraft intact for research. Their combined efforts succeed, prompting Ye Gucheng to intervene in Crimson Typhoon. Xu Rulin then authorizes the seizure of the mecha despite Blue Silver warnings 2 3 4.

Blazing Sun Douluo joins the battle, and the three fighters exhaust Crimson Typhoon’s operating reserves. Red Dragon Douluo arrives before they can capture it, wounds all three, and subsequently defeats Xuan Fan with Four-Word Battle Armor. By the army’s arrival, all four opposing Douluo are detained in a crater and have had their Storage Soul Tools confiscated 6 7 8 9.

Coastal Military Defeat

The Sun Moon Empire reinforces the coast with Soul Master and Soul Engineer troops, artillery, and six additional Titled Douluo. Ye Gucheng responds by revealing the Wanderer Mothership and ordering a bombardment. More than one-fifth of the Sun Moon force is killed or wounded during the first attack 9 10 11.

Zhongli Bai argues that the Limit Douluo could attack the warship if they stopped protecting the soldiers, prompting troops to urge their leaders to prioritize destroying it. Before they can act, four Level 9 shells strike their combined defenses and blast both Limit Douluo out of their Martial Soul Avatars. Heaven Dragon Douluo acknowledges the empire’s inferiority in Soul Guidance Technology, but requests a contest without technological equipment 11 12.

Best-of-Five Settlement

Rules and Stakes

Xu Rulin proposes five matches, one at each of the Soul Saint, Soul Douluo, Titled Douluo, Super Douluo, and Limit Douluo ranks. Only Martial Souls and Soul Bones are permitted; Soul Tools, mechas, and Battle Armor are excluded. Ye Wudi accepts the agreement 13.

Match Results

The first three losses settle the series in Blue Silver’s favor. Heaven Dragon nevertheless insists on fighting the remaining rounds for national honor. After the fourth bout, the recorded score is three Blue Silver wins and one draw; the provided chapters do not document the final bout’s result or the implementation of the settlement terms 27 33 36.
