The Hong Meng Sky Measuring Ruler, one of only two Houtian Merit Supreme Treasures in the Primordial Era, is a pair with the Heaven and Earth Mysterious Yellow Exquisite Pagoda belonging to the Grand Pure One Laozi, the eldest of the Three Pure Ones.

However, Laozi's Heaven and Earth Mysterious Yellow Exquisite Pagoda is primarily defensive, said to be able to grant an invincible position when placed above one's head.

Even Innate Supreme Treasures could not easily shake this pagoda.

The Hong Meng Sky Measuring Ruler, on the other hand, is the complete opposite, focusing on offense. In terms of power, it is comparable to an Innate Supreme Treasure.
