Background / History

Rescue and Reincarnation

Shiho belonged to the Black Organization under the name Sherry, but its distrust of her prevented her from knowing the headquarters’ location. While passing through an alley, she encountered four cursed spirits disguised as students. Her ability to see them made her a target, and Lind rescued her by destroying them with magic 4 5.

Lind revealed that he was a demon and requested permission to place a mark on her as payment. Shiho agreed without knowing that the mark would reincarnate her as his servant. Although irritated by his failure to explain the transformation, she recognized its advantages and immediately asked for help taking revenge on the organization 4 5.

At a secret research facility in Kuoh Town, Lind forced her into her first combat encounter. She instinctively caught the guards’ bullets, then threw them back after he warned that escaping enemies could endanger her sister. These were her first killings, and she admitted that the experience felt unpleasant 5 6.

Learning Magic and Reuniting with Akemi

After Lind destroyed the facility, Shiho moved into his villa. She accepted his protection because she lacked magical control and wanted to keep Akemi safe, while explicitly warning him against inappropriate behavior. She then called her sister and asked her to come to Kuoh Town 6.
