• Zhang Yuan defeated Wenren Shangzhi, Deng Qiuzhi, and Lu Danyan, establishing himself as a formidable Celestial Person Perfection cultivator.
• Immortal Lord Duo Ning the Usurper brought the Vairocana Divine Hall to the Buddha Kingdom, where True Lord Imperial Balance Myriad Turns transformed it into the Demon King Sun-Eroding Divine Hall.
• Zhang Yuan fought his way to the hall’s summit, claimed the Great Yin Spirit Qi and Seeking Truth Canon, and passed the canon to Qin Tianyi.

After surviving a trap set by True Lord Imperial Balance Myriad Turns, Zhang Yuan escaped with two Chaos Platform fragments and woke in the Crimson Firmament Roselight Realm.

• Qin Tianyi opened the Nether Bureau and used the Thunder Gate Pivot to destroy its Ghost Deities, but his Truth-Seeking Rite failed when the First God awakened.
• Qin Tianyi used the Thunder Gate Pivot to cripple the First God, then died from the backlash after giving Zhang Yuan his scripture and heavenly lightning.
• Zhang Yuan killed Xuan Chen, secured Sky Mountain’s golden position by agreeing to serve the Mysterious Court, and began his own Truth-Seeking Rite.
• Zhang Yuan defeated the cultivators and the Five Black Dragon Lord who tried to stop him, but a Chaos Platform struck him down before he could prove the Dao.

Zhang Yuan joined Wei Jianxing’s party, reached White Tree City, and restored his spirit root with Bai Fu’s White Saint Fruit. He defeated Nether Bureau Yin Deities, broke through to the outer dao golden core realm, and left the city under the false identity of the Seventh Sun-Eroding Demon King.

• Zhang Yuan joined Wei Jianxing’s group on their journey to attack Nether Annihilation Heaven Palace after learning that its Demon King Palace held many treasures.
