Chen Hao pushed Qin Yumo aside and charged at Godzilla alone, the Golden Cudgel gripped in his hand.
Provoked by Chen Hao, the king of beasts flew into a rage and strode forward to meet him, shaking the earth with every step.
Once he was close enough, Chen Hao swung the Golden Cudgel straight down at Godzilla's head.
Godzilla showed no fear. It raised its head, and countless grains of sand and dirt beneath its feet flowed up its body, forming a hard layer of earthen armor over its head.
The enormous cudgel struck the armor and smashed it to pieces.
Though shattered, the armor had absorbed Chen Hao's attack.
The moment his attack was neutralized, Godzilla opened its vicious maw and spewed a great mass of flames at Chen Hao.
Having already mastered Samadhi True Fire and Underworld Fire, Chen Hao naturally thought nothing of a flame attack of this level.
But just as the blaze was about to reach him, Qin Yumo, unaware of this, darted in front of him. "Chen Hao, watch out!"
