Mega Absol's attack was immensely powerful. It unleashed its dark pulses at full strength, colliding with Gigavolt Havoc.
One was a Z-Move that amplified an attack's power; the other was a move strengthened by the user's own evolution.
The collision between the moves was terrifyingly powerful.
A massive explosion erupted. Mega Absol couldn't withstand Zeraora's Gigavolt Havoc and was sent flying.
Hu Bin's expression sharpened as he shouted, "It's over! Zeraora, Plasma Fists! Give it the finishing blow!"
Zeraora shot forward in a flash, lightning crackling wildly around its fists. Its punch slammed straight into Mega Absol, knocking it out of its Mega Evolution. Absol collapsed to the ground, unconscious.
The match officially ended. After checking Absol's condition, referee Li Lusheng announced loudly, "The match is officially over! All six Pokémon belonging to Hoenn Elite Four member Sidney are unable to battle. The winner is Huaxia Elite Four member Hu Bin!"
Thunderous applause swept through the stands, excitement written across every spectator's face. Hu Bin truly never disappointed them.
Hu Bin had lost only one official match, the battle against his father. Even then, his Ninetales and Zeraora had performed well and proved themselves.
Back then, Hu Bin had only just won the China Pokémon League Conference. He hadn't been nearly as strong as he was now, but he had already been the brightest star.
With the match over, Hu Bin shook Sidney's hand again. Sidney wasn't disappointed in the slightest. Hu Bin's strength was now beyond anything he could match-even Drake, the strongest of the Elite Four, couldn't compete.
Perhaps only Steven and Wallace could do any real damage and give Hu Bin a fierce battle.
