Super Saiyan

Sensing Son Goku returning home, everyone came out of the Gravity Room one after another.

Seeing Son Goku, Piccolo asked, "Son, what has your combat power actually reached? Tell us so we know the gap between you and us."

Son Goku looked at them and asked, "Do you all want to know?"

Krillin said, "Goku, stop keeping us in suspense."

Son Goku held up three fingers and said, "My current combat power is estimated to be around thirty million."

"What, Kakarot, is what you're saying true? Could it be that you can already transform into the Legendary Super Saiyan?" Raditz spoke in shock.

Piccolo's face turned green with fright, and he said, "Son, I knew there was a huge gap between us, but I just didn't expect it to be this big. My combat power is only twenty-five thousand, and yours has already reached thirty million. Can I still catch up to you?"

Tien Shinhan even gave a bitter smile and said, "Goku, this is just too exaggerated. It looks like we'll never catch up to you."

Son Goku said to Piccolo, Krillin, Tien Shinhan, Yamcha, and Chiaotzu, "Have you lost your confidence just like that? Have you all forgotten the spirit of a martial artist? Is your goal in training just to catch up to me?"

Son Goku paused as he looked at everyone and continued, "The spirit of a martial artist has never been about striving to be better than others, but rather about persevering and maintaining one's original intent no matter what hardships and obstacles lie ahead on the path. You must take yourselves as your own benchmarks and constantly surpass your past selves. This is the true spirit of a martial artist."

Everyone pondered for a moment and nodded repeatedly.

Son Goku went on, "You might think my combat power of thirty million is very impressive, but in reality, that's not the case. In the boundless universe, there is no shortage of powerhouses stronger than I currently am, so let's all work hard together!"

Hearing this, Piccolo said, "Right, Son, you're right. Your combat power has already reached thirty million, and you're still working hard. What reason do we have to give up?"

Hearing this, everyone nodded in agreement.

Seeing this, Son Goku nodded, and said to Raditz and Nappa, "I still can't transform into a Super Saiyan yet, but it won't be long before I can. However, it won't be the Legendary Super Saiyan."

Raditz hearing this said, "Kakarot, you're already this strong and still aren't a Super Saiyan? It seems the Super Saiyan truly is a legendary existence."

Hearing this, Son Goku didn't even bother to explain.

He said to the others, "You've come out just in time. I plan to take you to a place to learn some ultimate techniques so your combat power can multiply several times over."

Hearing this, everyone's eyes lit up, and Krillin asked, "Where are we going, and what ultimate techniques will we learn?"

Son Goku said, "You'll know when we get there."

Then Son Goku asked everyone to wait a moment while he went to prepare some food to bring to King Kai.

Half a day later, Son Goku stuffed two capsule vessels full of food, and then used Instant Transmission to send everyone to King Kai's Planet.

Upon seeing Son Goku and the others, King Kai spoke up, "Goku, who are they?"

Son Goku said, "They're all my friends. I brought them here because I want them to learn the Kaioken from you."

Then Son Goku introduced them to the others, saying, "This is King Kai, who rules the North Galaxy. I brought you here specifically to have you follow him and learn the Kaioken."

Hearing this, everyone bowed to King Kai in greeting, and King Kai said, "Since you're Goku's friends, I agree to it. However, the necessary trials still cannot be omitted."

Hearing this, Son Goku explained the trials to everyone, and then presented the prepared food to King Kai.

King Kai was exceptionally happy, and said to Son Goku, "Goku, you didn't have to bring so much food just for coming to visit." Then he happily moved the food into his small house.

Son Goku gave everyone a few more words of warning, and then used Instant Transmission to return to Earth. Seeing this, everyone was no longer surprised.

After Son Goku returned to Earth, he began trying to transform into a Super Saiyan.

After spending a few lovey-dovey days with Bulma and Chi-Chi, Son Goku left West City, arrived at a desolate and uninhabited place, and began attempting to transform into a Super Saiyan.

Along with a low shout from Son Goku, in an instant, fierce winds swirled all around, accompanied by lightning and thunder. Everyone saw the white aura around Son Goku's body transform into a golden color, his hair also changing from black to golden-yellow, his pupils shifting from black to white, and immediately afterwards turning green.

Son Goku looked at the changes around his body and muttered to himself, "Is this a Super Saiyan? It really is a huge boost, increasing baseline combat power by fifty times."

Korin at Korin Tower, Kami at Kami's Lookout, and everyone on King Kai's Planet felt Son Goku's massive and boundless aura, though by now they were already unfazed by such things.

A moment later, Son Goku ended the Super Saiyan transformation and returned home.

Afterward, he asked Bulma and Dr. Brief to help build a Gravity Room capable of reaching up to three hundred times gravity.

A few days later, the Gravity Room was completed, and Son Goku resumed his training.

Deep in the universe, at the Frieza Force base, Vegeta stepped out of a Healing Tank and put on his battle armor. A nearby medical staff member handed a Scouter to Vegeta, but Vegeta waved a hand and said, "Keep it, it's yours." Then he walked outside.

He hadn't walked far when he ran head-on into Cui, the annoying fellow with the blue head.

Cui sneered, "Oh, isn't this Prince Vegeta? How is it that you went to Earth and came back beaten to a pulp with even your two underlings lost?"

Vegeta snorted coldly and said, "Get lost."

Cui laughed, "Vegeta, you probably don't even know yet. Thanks to you, King Frieza found out the news that Planet Namek has Wish Orbs and has already headed to Planet Namek. Once the King makes his wish, you can just honestly spend the rest of your life as the King's dog!"

Hearing this, Vegeta flew into a furious rage and shouted, "Damn it!" Then he immediately turned around and ran back to the side of the medic, snatched the Scouter, slapped it onto his ear, swiftly dashed out of the building, leaped onto a spacecraft, set his destination, and rushed off toward Planet Namek.

Seeing this, Cui roared at the top of his lungs, "Vegeta, how dare you act on your own authority and disobey the King's orders! Do you not want to live anymore?"

Unfortunately, once Vegeta boarded the ship he couldn't hear a thing. Seeing this, Cui could only immediately board a spacecraft of his own to give chase to Vegeta.

On Earth, Son Goku emerged from the Gravity Room and figured that Frieza must have almost arrived at Planet Namek, so with a single Instant Transmission, he reached King Kai's Planet.

Then he said to Piccolo, "Piccolo, your homeworld is currently suffering a catastrophe. It's time to come with me and save your home."

Hearing this, Piccolo said excitedly, "Alright, Son, let's hurry to Planet Namek!"

Son Goku said, "No need to rush. I can use Instant Transmission and we'll reach Planet Namek in a moment."

Hearing this, Piccolo calmed down.

Son Goku looked at the others and said, "You should all come with me. The Grand Elder of Planet Namek has a method to unlock potential, which can help increase your combat power."

Hearing this, everyone was overjoyed.
